Kalim is a free social platform that helps people discover others, make friends, start conversations, and build personal connections.

By creating an account or using Kalim, you agree to these Terms and to use the service responsibly.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kalim.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You may not create an account for another person without their permission or impersonate another person.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account.

Do not share your sign-in credentials with other people. If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us as soon as possible.

You can stop using Kalim or delete your account at any time.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Kalim, including your photos, profile information, messages, and other content you create.

By uploading content to Kalim, you give us permission to host, store, display, reproduce, transmit, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and share your content.

Kalim is intended to be a place where people can meet and communicate respectfully.

You must not use Kalim to:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
• Impersonate another person.
• Defraud, scam, or financially exploit another user.
• Send spam or unwanted promotional messages.
• Share illegal or exploitative content.
• Share non-consensual intimate or sexual content.
• Attempt to access another person's account.
• Bypass or interfere with Kalim's security.
• Distribute malware or harmful software.
• Use Kalim to arrange unlawful activity.
• Collect or scrape information about users without permission.
• Deliberately interfere with the normal operation of Kalim.

Kalim provides a place for people to meet and communicate, but we cannot guarantee that every profile, statement, identity, or intention is accurate.

You are responsible for your own interactions with other users. Use reasonable care when sharing personal information or arranging to meet someone.

Never send money, financial credentials, or sensitive account information to someone simply because you met them through Kalim.

Kalim provides tools that allow you to block and report users.

We may investigate reports and take appropriate action when we believe an account or activity violates these Terms, threatens user safety, or harms the service.

We cannot guarantee that every harmful interaction will be detected or prevented.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to:

• Enforce these Terms.
• Protect users.
• Investigate suspected abuse or fraud.
• Protect the security of Kalim.
• Respond to serious violations of our rules.
• Comply with legal requirements.

We may also take action when activity creates a significant risk to other users or to the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, and retained when you use Kalim.

Kalim is currently provided as a free service.

We do not require payment to create an account or use the core features of Kalim.

If this changes in the future, we will provide appropriate information before introducing any paid feature or charge.

We work to keep Kalim available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We may temporarily change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, technical, or other operational reasons.

Kalim may rely on third-party services for things such as authentication, hosting, storage, notifications, or other technical functionality.

Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of a third-party service may therefore also be subject to its own rules.

Kalim is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content, the identity or intentions of another user, the outcome of a conversation, or that you will find a particular type of connection through Kalim.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kalim will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Kalim may change, add, remove, or improve features as the service develops.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date.

If a change is significant, we may provide additional notice through Kalim when appropriate.

You can stop using Kalim or delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts when permitted under these Terms, including for serious or repeated violations, fraudulent activity, security concerns, or conduct that threatens other users.

Ending an account does not necessarily remove information that we are required or permitted to retain under our Privacy Policy or applicable law.
