Kalim is a free social platform designed to help people discover others, make friends, start conversations, and build genuine connections.

Kalim is a social platform, which means some information you add to your profile is intended to be visible to other users.

Please remember that anything you choose to share with another person may be copied, saved, or shared by that person outside of Kalim.

Kalim allows users to communicate directly with one another. We process messages and related information so that we can deliver and operate the messaging system.

Information may also be processed when necessary to investigate reports, prevent abuse, protect users, enforce our Terms of Service, or comply with legal requirements.

Avoid sharing passwords, financial information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through your profile or messages.

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary to operate the service, protect users, or comply with legal requirements.

• With other users: information that you choose to make visible through your profile or send in a conversation.
• With service providers: trusted services that help with hosting, storage, authentication, security, and other technical operations.

You can delete your account through the account settings available in Kalim.

When an account is deleted, information that no longer needs to be retained will be deleted or otherwise handled appropriately. Certain information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, or systems that cannot be immediately changed.

Depending on the features available to you, you can:

• Change or remove profile photos.
• Block other users.
• Report users or inappropriate content.
• Manage available notification settings.
• Stop using Kalim.
• Delete your account.

However, we cannot verify every profile or guarantee that every person you meet is who they claim to be.

Kalim is intended for people who are 18 years old or older.

We do not knowingly allow people under 18 to create or use accounts. If you believe that someone under 18 is using Kalim, please contact us so that we can investigate.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Kalim develops, our practices change, or legal requirements change.

When we make changes, we will publish the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.

If a change is significant, we may provide additional notice through Kalim when appropriate.
